So the patch info says that anyone below 30 can wear all armor within their X0-X9 level range. Is anyone able to use this? None of the characters below 30 I have are able to (though I will admit all their gear is green, and it may be white-specific to make buying those useful).

I also couldn't use it, but I was also trying to do it with Green items.

No, sadly its just for 20~30, 40+ you cant :(

So it's just to boost sales of white armor to people between 20 and 39? I really wanted to equip my green level 38 pants on my level 36 character.
...and they should really add that specification to the patch notice. they made it sound like all armor from 20-29 and 30-39 could be equipped regardless.

Yup, lv20s can equip up to lv28 npc armor, an 30s up to 38 npc armor, no green armor sadly ;/
