What I did when I was between levels 10~13, was go back down to the lower level monsters and kill those.

The earlier monsters seem have a higher drop rate, even for the common items. Seemed to be a bit faster for me than trying to fight the higher level monsters.

I would agree with what trunks said as well. killing lower levels monsters will usually drop more items for you now. Find an area and just starting killing them try to also gt gold leafs they usually sell more.

Unless of course the drop much more awesome items :D

What I did when I needed gold, especially when I just changed class would be to buy 500 arrows and go back to the Popola areas. I'd kill monsters that only required one hit to kill, either from Strong Attack or a skill. I'd just do one loop from Popola through Plateau and back again, or until I ran out of arrows. Then I'd just sell the leaves and acorns to the NPC. Each trip netted anywhere from 5000 to 6000 gold, less the 500 gold for the arrows.

Now that I'm lvl 23 I can one-hit kill the monkey soldiers, so I farm them for the tails and trinkets, and I also farm the dumpling pigs and peaches for the class change items. Sell relatively cheap and you'll have money in no time.
