Have you been online? A prison sentence must be carried out whilst online. If you are offline your prison sentence will never end.
However, if you were online and you feel you've been in jail longer than your sentence, the best way to get outspark to notice the issue would be to contact them directly. Click on help on the top right corner of the screen, login and click on contact CSR.

Bijou, how fun it seems that people always get jailed there, maybe some members of the staff are making abuses? You are lucky that you wasn't killed in prison though..

ummm according to what I know the gms dont jail anyone anymore so the very fact that you are in jail is wierd

I dunno, i think it depends on the offense, cuz i know recently a buddy of mine went to jail for cussing at a GM hahahahahaha

GM's don't jail anyone. They ban.
