Easily solved. Right-click the person's name in the chat window, then on the resulting menu select "Block."

well.. he just whisper me out of nowhere while I'm window shopping in Eldy :/

and I try not to block peoples without a really good reason :/ so I tried to talk things out if it possible (I only block all those gold selling spammer bot by far.)

I can't say that I know the feeling, but I can imagine it being annoying. It would've been better if s/he asked to friend you so s/he can ask you for it once you reach level 50.

If it is a boss weapon and +9, people will notice. I have one on my fighter and she is killing 1/2 the time the other guy doing same quest. He have been pestering her offering for the weapon. I got the same reaction is hay we are same level and I still need the weapon!

I also lend my mage weapon +9 to my friend and people keep asking her how much she will sell too.
