skill issue

just wondering if anyone has always this happen to them after the new update. Normely when you use a close range skill on an monster far away you move closer to it untill your in range then you use it and it hits. Now whats happening is i move but i stop out of range and when i used the skill it just say the enemy is out of range, so i have to move myself in to range before i can use skill which kinda sucks when i mob coz if i tab a mob in the back my skill doesn't workXD Tell me if this is sposs to be normel or a bug.
On the side note is anyone else haveing trouble opening the spark cash shop or internet while fiesta is running? like mine opens but it just say its disconnected while fiesta is running perfectly.

Unfortunately this is normal ever since the update tanks and clerics have to be closer to hit anything. =^(
