What is this skill and where can I find it? I hope I didn't just blow 350 gold buying a useless passive skill =/ Wasn't paying attention when I bought it D:

Its good to have. No worries.
And at later levels you will gain more money, thats how all cames work.
So you will most likely have all skills you can get up to.

Mana transfer is an Priest skill, they can give to you MP with this skill. About improve mana transfer, as description says, you gain more MP while priest using it on you,
