Leveling Spots?!?

Will someone please tell me where to lvl from 13-30 please
oh and is the mana transfer skill something to have or just leave it

Bouldron...that pretty much the only place. (I cant find my way to any of the other maps in the world, it seems that portals are missing...=s)

About the improve mana transfer skill.. Not really that important unless you have a priest with you all the time. The skill corresponds to the priest skill, mana transfer.

Lol I dont see how people have trouble leveling that low.

GnG rates were like half what they are now, and there was no mentor system. All the noobs would have died.
