Fiesta wont install for some reason

ive tried to install fiesta several times. it downloads but when i go to install it, within 2 min of the install it says its missing a 0x2 file? what does that mean? how do i fix it. this is a new computer and it should be able to play on here:confused:

this should be under the Troubleshooting section u'd get more luck there o-o and i think u have to redownload et o.O

0x2 means there's an error loading a device. I'd suggest reinstalling your drivers or sending your computer to repair, since you said its new and it's still under warranty's effect.

ive had already re-installed my drivers but it still wont work i had to re-install them to get online, and ive tried re-downloading it several times

Does this happen with any other programs? Tried installing any other software and got the same results?
