Go to Mentor and key in the name of the mentor u desire.
Only a novice can add a mentor and only a person with job can be a mentor.

yes they do. mentors get a little of the exp the menti get when they kill a monster.

Get a mentor b4 u regret. u cant get a mentor after u got a job. u will gain lesser exp compare with other that has mentor. Mentor should recuit more mentii, it benfits both!
