Elestone?

Someone please tell me what Elestones can be used for. So far I've discovered that: I can't enhance with them, I can't eat them, I can't equip them, and they aren't needed for any under-lvl-16-quest.

I really don't want to hear that I wasted my 10 eledusts...

They're used for more combining. You should really have checked more than just the top option when you made your elestone.

What are the dews obtained from the herbs for? Imbuing your weapon with the respective element? If so, how do we go about using it?

Elestone and Eledust can be combined with the composition skill to make Elementerium, and that's what you need to reinforce weapons/armor.

The dews, as far as I know they are only used in-game for the summoner class change quest.

Woah.. that means that some summoners might take forever before they complete the class change ._.

i tried out the forging and composition yesterday and managed to forge a sword then use elementrium or whatever, the elementrium give the items elemental stats anyway i think (from the description.)
so yeah u need 10 elestones and composition skill for them to be of any use. *is now addicted to forging and composition*

Or 5 elestones for the 2nd lvl elementerium. (50 eledust)

Or 50 elestines for the 3rd lvl elementerium. (500 eledust)

That's assuming you never fail. Failing to make the 3rd lvl one would break my heart. :(
