Difference between Blessed and Lucky enhancement stones?

Are there any differences between Blessed and Lucky enhancement stones?

Though I experienced a +2 upgrade with just 1 Blessed Elrue before.
The success rate doesn't seem to be better with a Lucky Elrue.

as far i as know.

blesseds only give a chance the wep wont break.

Luckys only give a chance of +2 from 1 stone.

I think lucky has higher succsess rate and better chance that your item wont break.
I used 2 lucky elrues and it worked each time then i used 1 bless elrue and it broke my item

Well, I'd just found out that both Lucky and Blessed stones get the chance to upgrade a +2 with just 1 stone.

It seems that using a Lucky/Blessed stone on an equip with +2 or +5 will break/fail every time.
Experienced about 7 destroys with 0 fail and 0 pass in the above condition.
(or am I just unlucky?)
