Why do you think their accounts keep changing on a daily basis?

Selling OR Buying from these people is a violation of TOS and can lead to the accounts being banned. Not worth it really.

Thankfully it'll make the zones a bit quieter but I doubt it'll stop them from talking in normal chat.

That would really disturb me as there isn't a real way to mute such yet. I hope that doesn't catch on as the next way to spam folks.

Buy/selling gold wont send you to jail... thus legal
but getting caught will get your account banned since it goes against the user agreement thus prohibited.
