...Is it possible to do? Every time I try to start up another instance of the program it shuts down.

I haven't gotten it to work on any setup other than two computers. Which is tempting since this game is awfully fun.

Hum - I haven't experimented much with it - but I can say that dual clienting isn't possible by just trying to run 2 clients. One will not appear at the launcher after hitting play. So it would involve something else...
Also - not even sure if this is against the rules - it is in a lot of games. So a moderator/GM should probably step in and let us know anyways... =3

NO, you cant run two instances of the client on the same machine.
You can't run two instances of the same account either, as an FYI.

He knows that it isn't "possible" what he doesn't know is that if its actually against the rules barring the fact that it isn't possible with the current client setup. I think this needs to be clarified since I was just thinking how great it would be to make a cleric and a fighter and then bam! you don't have to worry about noob clerics and fighters in KQ.
Actually, what I really want to know is if there is a "rules page" for stuff like sexual harassment, and other stuff. Since, I just saw like two people picking on this one person and it really was just disgusting. This game is geared towards a more broad range of ages, so I would think things like that should have measures to deal with it.

I was curious about the ToS myself about having dual accounts..
Most MMO's are against it.
I'd have to buy a 3D card for the other computer though.. otherwise i probably would have two already.

if u open 2 clients and use to accounts that is one less person that can actually play. Plus it is just a waste of the hosters computers data

For real... So lets say they allow multi clients everyone with a decent computer would have their main char, their seller char and their buying char... so by turning 75% of the players into 3 = full servers = can't login....
Not to mention it would help the gold farmers way to much.

Well dual clienting means running 2 clients in one machine and it is a violation of ToS/ToA or w/e it's called. Because in order to do so, you have to tweak your client to work 2clients in one machine thus, violates the ToA/ToS. Although, you can use 2 different computers and do that which legal, I think.

I was going to jump in buy SnakeEyes beat me to it. Running multiple clients on a single computer is a bannable offense for many reasons including, but not limited to the fact you have use a 3rd client program, edit/manipulate Fiesta folders and it allows for goldspamming, etc. All of which are bannable.
So, the answer is and forever shall remain, no.
