Excessively Negative Players

Is anyone else sick of players griping to you about some problem that you really don't care about? Lately all I hear in Elderine is "Outspark's new permanent items are terrible", and "Why does outspark take so long to answer my questions!". Personally I like to play fiesta because it is good stress relief at the end of the day,but when all people do is complain it really puts a damper on things.=(




P.S. I DO understand the irony of this post but in general I am a positive player and much prefer to chat then gripe.=)

Keep that in mind **and block function** if you dont want to have them dampen your day.

And remember, Oreos need to be split in half and licked before you can enjoi them.

People are just by nature pessimistic, there is nothing we can do about it. They will always be here.

Although I do agree people need to surpass this and be more thankful for the fact that the game IS free.

Just an FYI Kanga. People get angry when you multi-post. So like above when you quoted three different people you could have put them all into one post by opening the reply in a new tab or window and copy pasting the quote text. ;)

Well if its ingame you can always block, but if you dont like what you read on the forums dont read it lmao! We have a right to express ourselves and our opinions that is what the forum is for ^^

Well, people like to discuss their opinions whether that means they're negative or positive or neutral. And some people are just too dense to whisper it to one person in particular. :rolleyes: If such people bother you so much, just block them. I've blocked people simply for being annoying and it helps a lot. Like when someone is doing this in a KQ:

Or when someone is trying to find a date, of all things, while sitting around in Elderine. But generally speaking, I don't pay a whole lot of attention to the shout/general chat box because most of the people talking in it are either talking with one another...don't know why...or they're trying to buy or sell something. The other little annoyances tend to just get pushed off the screen, save for the spam and the bickering.

I'm sick of the negativity, too! When something bad happens in-game, I try to brush it off. It's still just a game. Anyway whenever someone says something negative, most of the time I notice that people will tend to post more things which ends up pushing the negativity out of the chat box XD
