I come to here to ask on behalf of my friend and in game wifie, who can currently not log into her SparkID. The problem is not stemming from a banning, but a twist or glitch. She attempted to change her password, and all was well and good. It accepted the new password and everything, but all attempts to then login using the new password have failed. On two computers, no less. Her old password was attempted too, to no avail. The real issue is that she cannot accesss the email that her account is tied to because the email address has been deleted through inactivity. So, in other words, she's stuck and locked out. The new password doesn't work for either her email or SparkID, and nor does the old one.
I have submitted a ticket on her behalf to help resolve this issue, since she can't even log in herself.
I make this thread to see if there's something that I might not have thought of that would be able to resolve this issue, since a number of forum goers have much more experience at this then I. Is there anything to be done?
