Question About Reinforce Quest

So I decided to skip the reinforce quest when I was able to take it because I thought I would have been able to come back to it, now at level 22 I went back to Leon and I guess I can't get the quest anymore. Anyone know if there is a different way to get the skill?

Maybe you could make another character for all your reinforce-ment needs?

check in your quest list.... it must be there...... i did guard skill at lv 20 ^-^ or 21 ?

Yeah I checked available, accepted, and completed it is in none of them oh well I guess I could always make another character for reinforcing.

Someone in my guild said you have to buy it for 3k form an NPC, forgot the npc thought, I will ask him when he is back on.

There's an NPC in either Popola or Balderan, I'm thinking it's Balderan, that sells the skills for 3k and 100WSP or something like that.
