So are these ancient earrings and necklaces only obtainable through these quest, or are there other ways of getting them?

If they are, they're less fun to have :(. I figured WindSlayer having a bunch of items that you can only receive once for a special reason (closed beta, open beta, events, etc).

Also, are the weapons for getting to lvl 25 and doing the tournament just from events, or are there other ways of getting them.

From what I hear, the weapons you get for getting to level 25 are just normal level 20 weapons, nothing special about them.
