Maybe you have to be ranked high enough for it to show up. Mine shows up on the character select screen, right before you go into the server and after you select the channel.

You click your character once and a box pops up with some information. Your rank and class rank are there.

Except i noticed i only got it when i got to level 10 and got a class.

I am lvl 15 and it still says no data, I guess it is cause I am slow so there are too many above me :o
