What is this DNA that downloaded with the update??I shut it off and couldn't get back into SoS.Plus,I am really very,very laggy.I have only been back about 2 months as I had a problem before after an update and had reinstalled about 3 times with no help.Maybe that is what is causing the lag:-(

It's BitTorrent DNA-- a download delivery client. (You can use Google to find more information on it.)
Check to be certain that your computer is currently meeting the requirements (http://solstice.outspark.com/support/download) for the game, and try some of the suggestions/solutions found in this post (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37609) (making sure your operating system/Direct X/graphics card is updated, that there isn't a firewall interfering or slowing down the game, etc).
If nothing helps, contact a CSR (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask) with details of your problem (make sure you're logged in to access the page).
