I just bought a $10 and $25 sc card from Target. I entered the numbers on the website and the sc was deposited to my account. I entered the $10 one first and notice that I got 5 credits for a free remi spin - cool, I had heard they didn't do that anymore! Now here's where it gets questionable:
When I entered the $25 card the amount of credits went to a total of 20 from 5(my credits). This makes sense because $25=3 spins, $10=1. But...
When I clicked play now (website version also) it said at the top of the machine "Congratulations you have 5 credit(s)." The remi talk bubble also says 5. So where are the other 15 credits? I'm afraid to play the five it's showing only to find it down to zero afterward, when it should in fact be 15.
I haven't done any spins yet in hope that I will find what's going on first. I'll check this thread during maintenance, and hopefully someone can find time for a response before the game is back up? Thank you.
