i found that evasion is quite of no use when the monster nvr miss... its abit stupid... sorry not implying anything but when theres evasion and we keep getting hit is...

This game requires skill, you must dodge the attacks yourself and not letting a simple stat dodge the attacks for you.

If you had bothered to read the tooltip of the skill for Defense & Evasion, evasion simply means not taking damage from other players when they use their weak attacks.
Unless I misinterpreted the tooltip, or am wrong, learn to jump over them or something.

Evasion is pretty useful in pvp. For example, you're throwing someone and you see an enemy mage winding up their ice skill. If they hit you with that you're gonna be frozen, and fireballed the moment you're unfrozen. So what you do is hold a so your shield goes "plink".
You still took the ice damage but you're not frozen or even stunned, you can try to counterattack or (probably smarter) get the heck away.

I think he meant passive evasion, like a "MISS" appearing instead of damage, you know like in a lot of games. Out of topic.... Hide skill should let you go past monsters without taking any damage, otherwise it has no use outside of PvP.

There isn't any miss in the game as far as I can tell. Either that or I'm THAT unlucky.

If you're talking about Evasion the passive ability for rogue/archer, it doesn't make attacks miss you, instead it raises your physical and elemental defense.
The skill represents your ability to avoid taking the brunt of the damage from an attack that hits you, rather than your ability to evade them completely.
If you're talking about guard/evade with the A key, it works fine to block weak attacks from monsters and players, and it has other uses in pvp as mentioned (you aren't stunned/frozen/poisoned etc when hit).
I agree that Hide should let you avoid taking damage from contact with monsters. Monster weapon attacks should still be able to hit the rogue, though, just so they aren't completely invincible when stealthed.
