Time:around 10am and 11:30am (I think:[) (GMT +2)
Date:5th and 6th October
Map: Arcarinas squares & at alchemist
Bug description: it's obvious from screenies - npcs are requesting specific lvl for preforming quest, and, well, keep requesting it even when I reach it.
My OS is Windows XP professional version 2002 Service Pack 1
