You can't download it unless you are invited to the Closed Beta.
Edit: Wait, what do you mean by latest Outspark Software. Now I am confused :P

when I try to log in it says exactly this:"Please check that your username and password are correct, and that you are running the latset Outspark software
(Unauthorized: 401)"
