2nd and up lvls of Skills Question

I obviously know that the 2nd and 3rd and up lvls are better than lvl 1 of a skill - BUT is it listed anywhere exactly what the 2nd and 3rd lvl of a skill gives us? Like Timesheild lvl 2... How is it better than lvl 1? And so on... Just curious :)

Well, not sure completely on all of them, usually a second level attack does more damage but requires more mp. With something like time shield maybe it works on higher level mobs.

Yeah I knew about the attack ones - its the ones that aren't attack I'm curious about - even like Brace up, I have noticed nothing new using the 2nd and 3rd lvl of it... ? Maybe I'm over thinking things lol - I dunno...

Recall Brace Up lv2 increased firepower a bit, 2 points or something, try activating the previous version on buffs to compare.

Brace up level one give +4 and level 2 +6 i believe. The buffs increase a small amount each level.
