Dear Fiestians and Outspark Staff,
I have been contacted by in game friends regarding an issue they had with the Fiesta wedding feature and they wanted me to share their issue with you guys to confirm if others are having the same problems also. I already forwarded them information to contact a CSR and file a report, in the meantime they wished to get your opinions from the forum goers.
Players: Nubs, Katiacat
Server: Epith
Date of Occurance: 2/11/2009 around 6 AM Eastern Standard Time
Issue: The couple purchased two wedding applications, proceeded to go through the wedding procedures and when the wedding is all over they did not receive any of the wedding items which are the Power of Love buff, partner summoning skill, and Mini couple Lulu.
Questions I asked them were:
1. You guys were both married before, did you both make sure you do not have the "divorce" tag on your wedding status? Yes, we both waited 7 days where out wedding status no longer says divorced, but after the wedding is over our wedding status is currently both still at proposed.
2. Did you both make sure to click on the "pledge book" towards the end of the wedding to get your wedding items? Yes, we both clicked on the pledge book.
3. Did you both make sure you have have inventory spaces free to get the wedding mini pet? Yes.
4. Did any of you disconnect during the wedding? No.
5. Did you have screenies of your wedding and or witnesses? Yes.
In conclusion, this is the first instance I have heard of a wedding couple not receiving any of the bonus items at the end of the wedding without doing some of the mistakes previous wedding couples have experienced in the past. I know only Outspark can determine exactly what went wrong or not and hopefully a CSR will contact them about their issue soon but in the mean time this post will be like reporting an unknown and unconfirmed bug. I also mentioned to the couple not to purchase another set of wedding applications until they can determine what exactly is wrong, otherwise it's something like the previous man face bug we had before and people that keep buying beauty coupons to fix it would be a waste of sparkcash, since the issue is with the actual game itself and not with the beauty coupon.
