btw, madder rabbie, if i'm not wrong, in-game name is madderrabbie, can be found either in cotoeur route (spelling?), or just enter any map after loem valley.

Yeah, I think that's a bug, Madderrabbies don't drop pendant pieces and are outside of the areas for Xenians. Just fight mobs in the areas you can go to (i think green slime, PocuPocu (blue pig things, look like racoons), High(or wood?) jelly and some other thing, sorry I couldn't help further)

just buy them from some player vendor. 400-500 kron each :P

works for me, saved me 30 min of my time :P

there right tiear's forest when you go outside town got to the right and head thru the 1st area and there in the 2nd area

Yeah 2-3 maps east from town, you'll see crown slimes, cursed slimes, little annoying hopping mushrooms, the tiny green aliens with a smile on their back, and the magical white rabbits of doom..madderabbies, but for the quest, slimes, high gells and other misc. creatures, will drop the pendents. Just remember that it'll start easy with 1/4 and 2/4 but to get 3/4 and 4/4, you'll need to venture out some, kind of like as you progress your character, they'll be ready to achieve their new title and go even further from there.
