every time i try to get into one it says to many participants when i want to get into it and i almost do whats up with that only 10 ppl and it can have up to 15?

The best way to get into a KQ is to click participate when the clock shifts to the proper time, not when the announcement rings. Watch the clock. Only the clock.
But since so many people are doing that, keep in mind that-- even if it says 10 participants, it's likely that five more people clicked before you, and the system is lagging and not adding them -right away-. You can rest assured for the first two or three KQs of any series, at least 30+ people are clicking at the exact same time, hence lag.
