Stats requeriments? None, just to be monk level 30 and make the quest for becoming counter.

Regardless of their conditions, they are impossible to be met since none of the areas past the city of Amakusa are open =/

You need the 2nd class license. I still stand by my last post. If you want to know why, the other items you need (if there is any) are in areas that are locked in the Amakusa field

u need to kill 30 (i think) pikemen, get 20 black feathers from crows, and something else
