Offensive language in fiesta

im sick and tired of loggin on to fiesta just to hear foul language being used. Im at the point of zero tolerance to any rule violation of outspark. My goal is to get atleast 20 people ban for breaking ANY of outspark rules....im gonna be taken SS of any remotely offensive language being used in fiesta and i will send it into outspark...same goes for forums....if i see ingame names and guilds names being used on forums by anyone i will alert a CL this is considered BLACKLISTING, if i see anyone talking about something not fiesta related i.e. (personal stuff) i will alert a CL, the second i see anyone say anything that will cause arguements i will alert a CL, if i see ur siggy advertising anything not fiesta related i will alert a CL...same goes for your links. all this being said i advise all of u to go and re-read ToS and forums rules or be subject to me reporting u for breaking them. im gonna do my part to help bring back the fun in fiesta...thank u ( keep in mind my goal is 20 people ban)

Hmmm well wow, you're talking to us about rules. Learn2Post buddy, there's an edit button for a reason. Double posting can get you an infraction. OS takes 1-2 weeks to finish all 'tickets' submitted to them. In that time you will be wasting about 20 weeks, trying to get all these people banned. I bet you will only get maybe 3/20 banned.

Yeah but determination is viewed as extremely annoying in some people's eyes. You will be reporting non-important things to OS every few days. They will see some useless ticket lying around from you. Have you ever heard of the story "The Boy Who Cried Wolf", yeah I'm digging that atm.

for one sending in the same SS of someone breaking OS rules have no logic to it...and im reporting ALL, like i said before there are people of all ages that plays this game...if me report every OS rule being broken will scare some of u straight then im glad for it. Teach newer players, speak to those in KQ via whisper when they cross a line, and at all times remain cool headed. Flipping out, threatening, that only provokes people.

I give you my full permission, right now, to report that post as a flame. If that is what you consider a flame, you have a very misconstrued sense of what is acceptable and what is not.

However, like I pointed out, this thread (knowingly or not) is bound to create flames and arguing. To be quite honest, I almost feel like you wanted to incite a 'riot' so that you could pick out people to report, as you've threatened literally everyone that has posted in this thread thus far.

This thread and its entire purpose is the same thing as a five year old going "I'm telling MOMMY!!!" when their little brother takes away their favorite toy. Like I said, its a juvenile approach.

In the real world, you do not have the power to turn yourself into a vigilante and punish those that do not meet your social standards. If someone crosses a line, society punishes them...be it in the court of law or by social 'exile' so to speak. It is not your place to determine what is and is not acceptable, so please, drop the vigilante act. Report all you want honey, Outspark is the final word here, not you.

EDIT: For the record your comment to me about "Read the forum rules" I'm one of few players who have translated the terms of service from 'legal speak' to normal language for other users to become more aware. If you'd like proof you can find it under a sticky in the welcome to outspark section.

Rules_Inforcer, while we appreciate your devotion to the rules and willingness to try and clean up some of the rule breaking we have around here, please note that intentionally trying to get someone banned is also against the rules.

If you'd like to report someone to the Staff for abusive language and whatnot, that's fine. But their punishment is completely up to the staff, not the users. They may not always get a ban.

Also, your approach to announcing this was a bit abrasive, which is resulting in all of these flamish posts. Most of the time when a thread ish harsh to begin with, the majority of the responses are harsh in return. Which is why this thread is going to be closed.

We encourage users to report those who break the rules. It does not make them any less of a person. Trying to make the environment a bit more friendly is not a bad thing. So let's refrain from personal attacks against those who do wish to reports those who can't behave in the future, alright?
