What you didn't perceive in the last thread is that its not a win lose situation...and you shouldn't be provoking anyone to violate the ToS. Testing someones patience in order to get them to slip up really isn't fair now is it?

It wasn't that you were trying to get more people to follow the rules, it was how you went about doing it that bothered people. Like I said, threatening people and provoking them only makes the situation worse. Why do I know this? Because I've been as frustrated as you are...how did I fix it? I started to lead by example. If someone sees me brushing off comments, or telling someone to watch their language they often follow suit and they won't do it in the future.

Its great that you want to help fiesta, but you can't make change by forcing people to do so, they have to want to change. Worse come to worse...block the people that are cussing...its like earmuffs for your game. :)

However, I am curious about one thing...your last account wasn't banned, why did you make a new one? Btw, I'm not sure if it was purposeful or not, but its enforcer with an E :)

yea but fiesta is just a game online lol. anything offensive and such shouldnt be taken so seriously although some people do get upset which is understandable but you have to realize its just a game and people can say whatever they want too whereas in real life its a bit harder to do, you should have known that before you started playing lol.

Again, its not that anyone seriously thinks that you have 'lost' any sort of battle or that you should quit. The situation should have just been dealt with in a different manner.

Its great that you want Fiesta to be a fun, friendly place. That relaxes people and thats the point of the game is it not? But most people don't take kindly to phrasing that makes it sound like they're being told what to do...and they get defensive.

Stay here if you like the game, but lead by setting a good example to others. Be personable, friendly, helpful and an overall great Fiesta Citizen ;)

The worst thing you can do when you're being harassed is to do nothing.

If people are making racist comments towards you, or using any abusive language, report them. You don't have to deal with it. It's not about winning or losing, it's about stepping up and taking action.

Don't let others get in the way of you having fun.

When I closed your thread it wasn't because of anything you had done. It was to simply put a stop to the flaming, while informing you of a few things.

I have reported one user in my 12 years as a game player, that person was reported for having an incredibly nasty username and yes it was on Fiesta. Within 2 days I received notification that the problem was being attended to and I havent seen that user since.

I dont know why people bother reporting about game play incidents because at times we ALL do and say things that we regret. I also beleive that our inbuilt instinct as human beings makes us portray ourselves in a *white light* when we repeat these incidents to others.

Instead of letting other people ruin my game play I just use the *block* feature.

I don't hunt people to make reports, but when they show up I have no remorse in reporting them. I have no pleasure to ban anyone, the banishment is a death penalty in game, so I take this very seriously. I know that Outspark is careful about banishment because a banned player is a client less around.

Everytime I reported a issue, I received a fast reply from company. I already saw players, that I reported, around, so they were not banned, but, even if the company just send them a message telling to be more polite in game, this may be enough. I am not interested to learn what was the punishment. I am not seeking revenge.

If a message is not enough the guy will make the same mistake again and again, he will be reported again by someone else, he will became known by the CSR and, soon or later, he will receive a final banishment. Not a good deal to be known by the CSR, better to be invisible to them.

I am not sensitive about bad names, long years in army and law enforcement got me used to be called the wierdest names you can imagine by the worse types around. But when I see a 14 yo children calling names, well, they need some educative measure.

I just do not think wise to place in the news that you will report someone. Keep a low profile this will be better to you. If you have zero tolerance, keep that to you. Make your reports and play your game. In the end, the ones who will judge the report are the ones who will apply the penalty. If they do not agree with you, there will be no penalty.

If you want revenge, or to be pleased watching the reported one being punished, Outspark will never do this, they will not send messages telling other players which punishment was applied because this will end as gossip in community. Punishment is something between the company and the punished player.

im sick and tired of loggin on to fiesta just to hear foul language being used. Im at the point of zero tolerance to any rule violation of outspark. My goal is to get atleast 20 people ban for breaking ANY of outspark rules....im gonna be taken SS of any remotely offensive language being used in fiesta and i will send it into outspark...same goes for forums....if i see ingame names and guilds names being used on forums by anyone i will alert a CL this is considered BLACKLISTING, if i see anyone talking about something not fiesta related i.e. (personal stuff) i will alert a CL, the second i see anyone say anything that will cause arguements i will alert a CL, if i see ur siggy advertising anything not fiesta related i will alert a CL...same goes for your links. all this being said i advise all of u to go and re-read ToS and forums rules or be subject to me reporting u for breaking them. im gonna do my part to help bring back the fun in fiesta...thank u ( keep in mind my goal is 20 people ban)
