Looking for guild?

I guess maybe I'm looking for a mature guild on Teva. I'm a 25 cleric and I plan on getting to the higher end content. Frankly it's annoying to get random guild invites without even a "Hi" or "Hey are you interested.."

Are there good ones out there?

I'd suggest you to join an academy till level 40? and then look for a guild with more luck ^^but you can try now too if you like it.

Yeah I think being in an Academy is a good idea, you'll get rewards for levelling (as long as you pick a good Academy! ;) ). Also you can get to know the main guild members, and even Academy hop for a bit.

Then at lvl 40 you should have met enough people to make a decision :).

how does one join the Academy?

You must go to the Guild NPC in Elderine or Roumen, they are marked on the map. There you must enroll an academy. There will be a list of academies just chose one. The biggest guilds have better prizes but are most of times full of players.

As the academies can have up to 50 filiates there is a chance that the big ones are already full. In this case you must find someone from the specific guild, you want to join, and ask them to open a new slot for you. Every guild wants active players, so if you are an active player they will want you.
