Black screen(ITs not what you think, just look)

I get a black screen error slightly different from the one where it goes black upon character selection, as I open the game it opens in window mode and is comepletly white then it slowly fades to black and doesnt change. Im using windows XP with GeForce 4 and directX and GeForce are completly updated. Is there any hope for me to play this without buying anything?

Edit: Ill be more specific, While the game is open I can see the cursor and hear the music as well as click the links. I just cant see anything. Please reply.

There should be some hope since yours is way better than my intergraded, and I play with best settings. You should try and update directx, maybe download some drivers.

Everything is totaly updateted, im sure of that, any other advice?

Please download an updated driver called, penGl version 1.2 or higher.

Ive downloaded it but still no luck. It just starts off white and fades to black as always.
