They decided to change the forum layout to match that of the Portal. I'm glad you like it ^^
To avoid many topics sprouting up all over the place due to these changes, I'm going to have to ask that you guys please refer to this Sticky (http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1601591#post1601591) in Website Issues.
