game window problem

As of this afternoon my game window fails to remain in full screen so now it looks like this( see screen below). but as soon as I begin to try and play it will go full screen but the sensor on the mouse is way off center when trying to click on anything, including trying to run through town.

I've tried clicking off window mode and re-applying it but that does not work either. I've also tried reinstalling the game but the problem was still there when I logged in.

I'm at a loss and any help would be appreciated.

you mean its not supposed to be in a window? because i re installed mine when it had problems and that didnt do any thing and fiesta is stilll in a window
