I'm pretty sure you're posting in the wrong forum, but I'm also sure someone will fix that later.
If you're going to report someone for something in-game, take a screenshot. Then go to this page: http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask Fill out all the fields, and when you write about what happened, include as much detail as you can.
