Hi..im just approaching to get this hot spell, but it seems i cant empower its fantastic damage..anyone here knows why?

It maybe a bug, but no one can. Dunno why.

no one really knows why but currently all you can empower is CD

It's already a pretty good skill, enpowering it with both cooldown AND damage might just make archers extinct :O! Thats probably why. Just too epic...
