plz any CSR .. i can't log in ..

i know i'm not suppose to open this thread again ..
i have a problem , that i can't log-in to my main char .. but still i can with the other charecters .. i know there's a thread for this problem but no 1 answer me there .. 3 days now and not only can't log in with my main but also i'm losing my SC items days in it too.. so plz if any CSR can help me

Submitting a ticket (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask) with details of your problem is probably the best way to get in contact with a CSR.

Ohh. You should update your ticket then.
1. go to the Outspark Knowledge Base page
2. click on 'My History'
3. choose your ticket which you want to update
4. click 'Update Question' on the left lower corner

If you need any screenshots for better help just let me know ^^.

I don't think so, andrey1990. One of the CSR will respond as soon as they can and tha's like 2days [remember there are alot of other tickets/E-mails,too]

Hey, congratz that it works again now =)
And yea, it sucks, I'm loosing not just only one 30day set items. Well but be happy you can play again, better than me my problems still has not been fix ^^
