How To Fix Character Creation Error

Hey guys, i've figured it out.
its an issue of installing the correct graphics driver.
To fix
Go to my computer -> properties.
then go to Hardware ->device manager
under Display Adapters there will be a graphics card. Thats it.
Now go to the official site, under drivers, to see which one you need.
The problem is finding the correct driver. I know for geforce i had to search every single category until i found the correct driver to use.

That doesnt really make sense :S I have the NVIDIA GeForce 5200 that is in the recommended drivers ...

Anyway, i'll try downloading from the site and if it works i'll EDIT.

it does make sense.. go to the site, click the nvidia geforce link, and download the appropriate driver that you need. the 5200 should be under geforce and the geforce 8 series.

This might be a stupid question, but where can I download the Open GL driver? When I google it, all I get are drivers for Mac systems. :confused:

@Eryna - Ignore the Open GL, Just install new drivers for your graphic card if you're having problems.

@Eryna - You can try downloading this OpenGL driver but most of the time it comes with your graphic card drivers. http://www.fileplanet.com/111387/110000/fileinfo/OpenGL-v1.21

It finally works now. I have a Radeon 9800 pro, and I've gone to the site before and downloaded the whole pack, but apparently it didn't download the display driver. After I went there again and downloaded the display driver by itself then it started working flawlessly. Thanks for the help! =)

he/she meant right clicking your "my computer" icon on your desktop and selecting properties~
this'll lead you to your system properties~ follow through from there.

I still cant log in, but im just waiting for someone on the forums to tell me how to fix it, i did update my graphics driver, and all the other things, but still wouldn't work. We might sound annoying and all, but we are CB testers for a reason, to try out the game. And other things. =)

first of all, USE THE EDIT BUTTON. don't quatriple post and ignore the purpose of why the edit button is there.
secondly, even though you're young, you couldn't be that reading deprived that even
though there's only one link, you can't click on it:
