I Need help starting Fiesta!

I'm stuck! I downloaded the game and installed it and stuff, but when I start it up, it says

"Networking Error.

Please check that your network connection is functioning properly.

If you have a Proxy or firewall please make sure they are properly configured.

(Urlopen Error 11001: getaddrinfo failed)"

I don't know what to do! Please help!

GM? i dun thing a GM will help but a CSR will!! CSR are here for stuffs like this not GMs =/!

well i dun know what that for a error is but like in it said did u configured firewox or proxy O=?
well other way how i could help u is tellin u to file a ticket through CSR page and report the CSR about ur probelm =):

I contacted a CSR, and one second later I got the e-mail back, saying that they already displayed suggested solutions.

It still doesn't work. :(

Why did they even reply to him just to tell him they already posted this!
Its almost same effort as giving him instructions on what to do!
