Hey, there say me that --> We have already displayed suggested solutions.
But i don't find any solution for this >_<
And i test to uninstall and install but when i updating i have one error, can i see blue skin for that error??

Try the following (for the blue characters error): Before anything, make sure your graphics card driver and DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/results.aspx?pocId=&freetext=DirectX&DisplayLang=en) are updated to their most recent version. Download the latest manual patch (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124286) and apply it.

If that doesn't fix your problem, do a Search (http://www.outspark.com/forums/search.php) for old entries of users with the same problem and other possible solutions.

Mesious i had same problem try downloading your graphs card driver than it will fix dont worry :)
