Can anyone tell me why it would be so difficult to get this?
I appreciate its HP & MP recovery abilities but it has NO defence rating whatsoever.
Is it even worth wearing?

or you could sell it, like I did. it's relatively easy to get once you get Invisible.

Why is it so difficult to get this? Because the advanced labyrinth is full of monsters that range from level 30-60, and they are all aggro. Just as with the novice labyrinth it requires the teamwork of a full party very close to the maximum level of the labyrinth, level 60. Once you pass level 60, you cannot go into the advanced labyrinth. Unlike the novice labyrinth, you can only complete the advanced labyrinth once, ergo the Soft Sheep Helmets are not as abundant as the regular Sheep Helms. Also, there is experience loss in the labyrinth, so not a lot of people that are close to level 60 want to risk losing experience.
Is it worth having? If you're solo-grinding, yes. It will save you time in regeneration, and it will save you potions. The one second is a lot because it takes one second off the interval of your HP and MP regeneration, not one second off the total time. Example using totally random numbers: You regen 50HP every 5 seconds, and you have 500HP. Starting from zero HP, it will take you 50 seconds to regenerate your full HP. With the sheep helmet, it will now take you 40 seconds to fully regenerate your HP. Multiply that 10 seconds saved times however many times you sit on your tush to regen your HP and MP, and it adds up fast.
Finally, and this is just my opinion, completing the advanced labyrinth on your own merits, not using invisible is one of the Solstice rites of passage, much like the Judy quest, running into Loren and thinking you can pwn that Boar at level 20, and walking from Bryn to Essene for the first time.

I'd say it was worth it. I keep it in my inventory at all times. The recovery is something that you'll really appreciate especially if your character who is mp deficient like my Neo is. A quick sit down and you're ready to battle some more.
I have to agree with Rorin, completing the advanced labryinth was a rite of passage. (attempting to take on a boar fresh out of bryhild is funny.).

it worth it , i mean when u sit , equip the soft sheep helmet , but when u kill mosnters use ur helmet
or u can just sell it lie what ms daniellbelle07 said <.<
