white box when i try to create char

ok so ive tried on a number of occasions to create my character and it will let me do this but i cant see it, it only looks like a white box and then when i try to go into the game it is only a black screen.please help


p.s. i have also tried to re-install.

Try to update Directx and download newer drivers.

i've the same problem.
is it the fault of Windows Vista?
my directx = 10
and graphic driver is the latest version.
but there are still white boxes and black screens

Hmm.... I'll have to try and create this problem on my Windows Vista computer ( I have alot of computers ). I'll come up with a fix, and reply back with it. It might be vista's problem, you may have to have a file replacement. But only the company can do that, unless I worked for them, then I could. But I won't make the file for free.

I might try transfering the right file from another OS, and put it on the Vista, and see if it works to fix it. I've altered so much on Vista should be no problem. We'll see what happens.

It seems that your Open GL dirvers are not correctly set. Please reinstall your Open GL dirvers from the download link on our download page.
