hi,im a brazilian
I already played Fiesta and i got to lv 32 with a cleric,im back in 6 months without playing but when i reinstalled the patch version 1.2.75 while im starting the game after i write my e-mail and password there is a message that says connections to servers has failed,i already checked support it says can be the anti-virus but i dont think so cause i already checked it i dont know what to do im wandering if the servers are crashed can anybody tell me?Thanks !

Hi, if you cared to look in the answers for problems you would've found the solution ^^

[EDIT] I just understood your post, have you tried again to make sure the servers weren't down?
Also, don't run Xfire and make sure your internet is fully functional.

Every time I try to load Fiesta I get this message. The animations and music in the background play just fine, however I'm unable to connect to the servers.
My internet connection seems to be working fine.
My AV/Firewall has been told to allow Fiesta, and I've also tried it with the AV/Firewall disabled.
I don't have anything like x-fire running.
Other people are connecting to the servers.
I'm not sure what the problem is at this point. I was suggested to reinstall Fiesta via a member on the forums, and I've tried that to no avail either.

This is the 'solution' I got from the CSR ticket I put in. Even though I clearly detail the fact that thier 'solutions' are not working as I've tried all of them, and if it's a 'server issue' then they should at least say something about it here, given the people posting on it, right?
This is rather irritating.

i got same problem no firewalls up ports even open that fiesta uses im in USA using windows xp sp3 installed and reinstalled 8times now so know its not i didnt do it right since it works on my other computer messaged the CSRs still no response after 3days of this atleast they could do put the timers on my SC items lol or give me some answer

CSR tickets are automated responses. Don't get your hopes up.
