Omg need help level prob

ok so i worked really hard to gain level 29 and when i just got it at 7.30 pm it wouldnt let me add my stats so i waited than it TOOK ME TO LEVEL 28 AGAIN I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOO MAD RIGHT NOW ITS MAKING ME DO THAT LEVEL ALL OVER AGAIN I NEED HELP HOW DO I GET MY LEVEL BACK THERES NO WAY I AM DOING THAT ALL OVER AGAIN.:mad:

contact a gm if they dont help it might be a bug/glicth in the game hopefully it can be fixed

I hate to say this, but unless you have proof of you being that level I don't think they'll restore you back to the level you were at. If you do, then by all means contact Outspark staff and ask if they could put you back at level 29. I can't even imagine how much time it took to level up from 28 to 29 on the mobs we have to fight.

you should be able to relog- the same thing happened to me when i leveled to 33 and reloging worked
