Omg i need help my guy didnt gain a level

ok so here is what happend i was working really hard to get to my level 29 and when i got there it wouldnt let me add my stats instead it reseted me at level 28 with noooooooooooo exp i WANT my level back its not fair! please some one help me! my guys name is leon he is a monk most of you have pry seen me around SO PLEASE HELP ME IT'S NOT FAIR. WHY DID IT DO THIS TO ME!:mad:

I saw you as 29 earlier, don't know if you figured out the problem but to other players you are level 29.

This happened to a guy in my guild, just re-log and it should fix it.
