Alright guys, It appears as though some of you are doing Private raids, unscheduled, and alone even. It's come to my attention that competition over Helga is becoming more and more.

As far as this goes we need to discuss a few maters.

1) When do we raid?

2) Should we even raid anymore?

3) Who gets the Drops & How do we determine this?

4) Should people be allowed to do 'Guild Raids', 'Party Raids', or even attempt to 'Solo'?

5) Should we continue to farm for Hellgate Weapons as they will be monopolized and will cause an uproar in PvP maps.

6) Buy, Sell, Or Trade?

It's up to the Teva community to decide on what to do. We can bond together and keep doing raid's but even so the drops will be an issue and even with that the will to sell such an item will uproar prices and messing up our economy such of which will draw inflation at some point.

Or

We can stop farming Helga and let everyone do as they please~ this will lessen the Hellgate weapons out there but still bring a disadvantage to others in PvP but helpful in the Dungeon coming soon~ (I would know =D)

For the Weapons I recommend that you all trade rather than sell to stabilize the economy and not have a mess.

As far as I know, The Hellgate Weapons damage may be lowered and that's a high maybe because on BK they were severely lowered and stats were added to them.

(To help balance out the situation on 'Sun Server Farming Helga' [My Server] they decided on adding 'stats' so that the Hellgate weapons would have a difference just like a green [Making one stronger than the Other] this helped balanced out the Guild Wars that were going on and the Harassment some players were invoking in others as well as how Hellgate weapons were looked at. Fearing getting a trash Hellgate Weapon most stopped farming Helga for their weapon even though the damage was high it was pointless for there was a better weapon out there)

As for the way the Hellgate Dungeon is at the current time It's not In It's stabilized manner per-say. Helga and It's little nooblets are bugged causing things to be much easier and being able to kill it with ease. Chances are GM's will most likely remove or mod the weapons.

Raiding Time for each person is different if we decide on determining who gets a weapon by who picks it up certain people may be at a disadvantage for they will be unable to attend this is also a mater if we decide on continuing these raids.

Basically to outline all the points it's....

1) Do a Server Raid until we suffice the number of Hellgate weapons
2) Stop farming Helga as a whole and let everyone do as they please (Chance of Failure increasing)
3) Hellgate Weapon Drop - To be Discussed
4) Economy Maters - Inflation
5) Weapon Concerns - Degrading and such
6) Raiding Time

I appreciate the Teva Community Opinion in this and it's best we discuss this before we have changes the community does not agree on.

I think the GMs should do something about it, degrading the weapon´s base stats would be good.

this isnt about the GMs or should it be left to them. its us that are playing the game, so its up to us to decide if we will put up with fights over these weps or sort out the differences and make a plan. Personally i want more weps out there, i want a staff and i dont care if the dmg is lowered to less than a 85 bk i still want it. But there will probably always be some fights over drops no matter what we do. some will always not listen to the plan no matter what it is. thats just life unfortunately. I like the scheduled raids, they are usually well thought out and win these days. But i also like having the freedom to get bored and grab 10 or so friends and try to kill him. The biggest problem is there is only one for a whole server, its not like GoC or GH where several people can farm, and its a 5 day spawn time. Im not sure what to do, but thats what i see going on and maybe someone smarter than me can take those observations and figure out a solution.

I say weekends, it seems to be convenient for most all of the community. Sorry if some people aren't the case.

I think it's unfair with the guild raids as well as party raids. I think the attempt of a solo would be EPIC fail.
5) Should we continue to farm for Hellgate Weapons as they will be monopolized and will cause an uproar in PvP maps.
They will get nerf'd anyways so let people do what they what they wish with those silly weps. ;P

I hate to be so negative about Helga and working together for him, but circumstances and... people... have made me that way.

Whenever whoever wants to.

2) Should we even raid anymore?
Sure, whoever wants to can organize it with as many or as little people as they'd like... advanced warning or no warning... public or private.

3) Who gets the Drops & How do we determine this?
Depends on the people raiding and what they decide on.

4) Should people be allowed to do 'Guild Raids', 'Party Raids', or even attempt to 'Solo'?
To say that people can't is spot claiming and trying to take over the server, according to what people told me when I tried to make things fair.

5) Should we continue to farm for Hellgate Weapons as they will be monopolized and will cause an uproar in PvP maps.
They're a part of the game. If we don't get them, others will, so it may as well be us.

6) Buy, Sell, Or Trade?
To be agreed upon at each raid, by the people who are participating.

It's up to the Teva community to decide on what to do.
People won't, they'll fight and flame. Even if most people do, there will still be those who ruin it. They'll name-call, they'll ks, they'll crash raids. They won't respect any laid out plan. People have already made that very clear to me.

I have people who I do trust will actually hand over a Helga drop to the most deserving person. I know many people who will hand you an archer weapon, even if you're not there. Same to something for Eldryst. I've promised a staff to CrystalDawn. I'll raid with these friends, when I'm invited, or if I get bored and call one together myself. I know guilds who will be fair among themselves also.

Hopefully people who try to sell them for oh, say, 10 gem (>.>) will just be laughed at? I know I cracked up laughing when I heard 10 gem. But it's a free world, there's nothing in the ToS that says what can and can't be sold, or for how much. So it's fair game, people will do whatever they want.

People will do what they please whether or not anyone "lets" them. You can try to still organize server raids, but there's no guarantee that he'll be there when you do. Nor will you even know that he's dead, who killed him, or what they got, unless you happen to hear about it or see it in a vendor. Sure, if a server raid has been announced a week in advance it would be inconsiderate to waste the time of dozens and dozens of players out there but... there are many people who will do so.

And uhh, yeah, Teva likes to not respond... or have very few people respond. Then when you act on the few responses that you do get, people shove in your face that you didn't get enough responses. ;) You don't need to waste your time on something that people will ruin. You don't need a helgait wep, but you WILL get one. And no you don't need to waste your time helping people organize when many won't even appreciate it. Just get on people's friends lists, and they'll invite you to raids that they're in. I could get you on Tempy's list some time if you'd like.

So yeah. That's not intended to be a flame or anything, I don't say it in an angry tone of voice (err, writing). It's just the sad truth of the way things are.

I remember seeing the thread, ppl were saying things like(we proved teva can work as a team and work together blah blah blah~) Now, Since it has been killed like 2-3 times?(correct me if im wrong) and since Helga and the little mobs are bugged, ppl could care less about "working as a team". That can be viewed a little as some type of a hypocritical attitude. First you fight against the other servers, constantly saying that we can work as a team, then now since helga is bugged, greed takes over. Since he is bugged ppl dont remember when they said they could work as a team to kill him. Now the most important thing is their own selfish greed as how we've seen with guilds privately making their own private raids. For me, that doesnt work out, cuz, 2 things could happen. Either you all can get killed and the attempt to kill helga would be a big FAIL, and most of the people are gonna say~ Well, [X] Guild doesnt OWN Helga's Tomb for them to be doing private raids, even though, they really can do whatever they want. For the people doing private raids, think of it this way, if leon and eld woudlnt have done ALL the planning in the first place, we would have never killed helga, nor got the drops, nor helga would be bugged at the moment. So, basically ish a slap in the face your giving to Leon or Eld or Tempy~. If we started this together, lets continue this together, or else admit it was all BS just to make us seem "superior to the other servers" all the stuff said about(we could work together as a team) cuz quite frankly, for the people doing private raids, you dont know what the term Team means. You do know what the term greed means tho =o.

Mmm, I thought people would continue working together. I wanted people to. But uhm... well... some people wanted that, some didn't. And the people who didn't kinda just... won. So yeah. I gave up. I know it's just a game, I wanted to carry my morals and values over into this game, but what it all boils down to is a game is a game... I can take the "if you can't beat em, join em" attitude here. I just don't have the energy or time to treat a game like anything more than it is.

Now the most important thing is their own selfish greed as how we've seen with guilds privately making their own private raids.
Selfish and greedy? Noone is making public raids. That means Helga's fair game. If people don't make their own private raids, nobody will anyways, so what's the difference. Each maintenance that passes is 1 or 2 untaken chances to slaughter his pixels and get his pixel prize. If we don't use it, we lose it, so someone may as well take the chance and go for it.

Now, if there were a public raid scheduled and announced in advance... I would say it would be inconsiderate for people to kill him before it (unless he would respawn in time for say a Monday or Tuesday raid) because all those people will have taken out their time and gotten their hopes up for the raid. But many people won't be that considerate. Do I consider it to be selfishness and greed? Before the fiasco when I tried to organize a Helga schedule, I would have. But now? Nah I don't. It's a game, not everyone carries their real-world morals (lol if they even have any, not everyone does nowadays) over into this game. Are they selfish or greedy? I'd have to know them in real-life to decide that, and I don't, so eh. What am I gonna go judging other people for. I've got enough to judge myself for before I go out judging others.

Either you all can get killed and the attempt to kill helga would be a big FAIL
And have a heck of a fun time watching bodies get slaughtered all over the place! Some of our wipe-outs last week... I laughed so friggin hard. xD

Nobody owns it. Not guilds, not individuals, not the public raid coordinator (if there ever is one again). Nobody owns anything. Helga's Tomb is fair game for all.

For the people doing private raids, think of it this way, if leon and eld woudlnt have done ALL the planning in the first place, we would have never killed helga, nor got the drops, nor helga would be bugged at the moment.
We can't forget Scooby and Hyp, the first raid leaders. Many, many people on this server put months of hard work into what we ended up accomplishing. I would've liked to see the spirit of us all working together carry on, but it just can't. Some people just won't let it. What it all boils down to, is we all have different ways of playing this game. A schedule of public raids will get crashed, or simply turn into a flame war and get deleted by a CL like Epith's schedule did. Unfortunately, it's just a waste of time and energy... which could be spent on other things, like real life. Which you may have noticed I've barely been around lately... real life is where I've been. At least when I put time and energy into that, I get something rewarding out of it... unlike here. :p

That's not fair. Nothing was BS, we did mean it, and we did do it. Now, the award's been won... the big guy's been killed... we did it we done it it's over. Everyone's scattered. We can't make people agree with and support what they don't want. Public raids could still be organized if someone wants to go through all that. Nothin wrong with public raids. There's just... no guarantee that Helga will actually be there, that's all. =/

For the record, I've attended a few private raids last week. If I'd gotten a bow or xbow, it would've gone to Leon. Fighter drop to Eld (or the fighter in my party, it'd have to depend on the situation), shield or cleric drop to be debated among the cleric(s) in my party, wand I'd hug and keep xD, staff to poor CrystalDawn who's been at like every raid in my recent memory and just about blasted through her ceiling when Kallas got his. I'd hope I'm not greedy. I'd like not to be. If going to or organizing private raids (which I personally wouldn't organize if it interfered with a scheduled public raid) makes me greedy then I'm sorry but... well... tis a game and I want to enjoy it. If there's a raid and I'm invited, I'll be there.

*Also I discovered something interesting about the mobs in ToH and helga himself and have an idea to make it easier o.o (stacked charms mean nothing if helga is not pulled and agro is not maintained so how do we counter that? hmmmm)

Detail:
- Remove Valentine's Quests.
(Wedding Planner 1 and 2 removed, Love is in the Air removed, True Beauty removed)

- Helga's Tomb map has been expanded to accommodate large group of players.

...unless the regular kallaps becomes stickable after the update. Someone should try and see if they stick like hells yet, just to see. Also try sticking hell mages/archers again. New map, maybe they'll change something in the mobs without knowing it too. ;)

But that's doubtful. Couldn't hurt to check, but doubtful. So anyways. Byebye wand. Maybe I'll see you when half the server caps at 105... if I'm even still around on this game by then.

2. Raising the Abyss Level ( Creating hate between our oldbie/newbie players!! )

3. Letting us obtain KILL POINTS by killing eachother in an area where we may lose EXP/ once a place to LEVEL (O:<!!!!!)

Honestly there is no telling what they are up to... or even if they are up to anything at all. but the map change? i think it was unnecisary to do that when we already had a map for helga. or they might of changed it because to many people were makin private parties for killin helga. idk to much i been gone to long. but the kill points is all for fun, and yes pvp kq turned people against others which is all nuts and all.

I felt bad when Eld ran out of cs pots at that one Helga raid and I was 800sc short of being able to gift him one. >.< People use so much sc so that the raid will succeed but... I can't charge sc anymore. All I have to use is what's left in my premium items bag. =\ Everyone else pays real-life cash so that I can win... that's not fair.

I believe that by the time its said dont and over with you wont be able to play this game at all unless you use nothing but sparkcash. i aint even playin anymore and i gave whatever sparkcash i had away to frank because there aint no tellin on when i am coming back. but if you actually realize it, thats all OS is about anymore :/ is nothing but SC

I only went to 2 raids to help out Teva, all I got for it was spending some sc items and scrolls. We got the job done once, and there are enough of us that will work together to get the task completed, we already have. And for the power side, there are even more caps now, and people have been getting better gear as of late, so I say bring it on Helga.
