Does anyone know if you can re-transfer a gift that you sent to a wrong spark ID?

It's possible, Just contact an OS Costumer Service Representative.

1. Assuming that the wrong gifted item is not already used by the wrong person.
2. You provided screenshot of your purchase section with the gifted item you sent.
3. Most of the time gifting goes wrong is either people gift to people on their in game character name and not Spark ID. Also people having a multiple accounts with different Spark IDs but they failed to tell you the correct Spark ID where they play their characters in game.

This happened to me, i wrote a ticket and i guess it got lost along the way cos i didnt get a reply. I couldnt be bothered try again so i didnt bother as it was only like 800 sc.

my question to anyone? everyone?

i have 2 accts,one is main,the only one ive pretty much used my whole fiesta life (which is about 2 years lol) and the other which is only lvl 1. I DONT USE THIS ONE. but my emails to each are,well mixed...so my login name is dif than my forum name. so when i buy fiesta items,all this time theyve been going to my lvl 1 char ,instead of my 7x main. so i wanted to know is it possible to move these 'purchased items' to my main char/spark id... i dont want anything new,just the items i purchased,for i would hate to see them wasted. cuz honestly this has stopped me from buying more items. and yes i know this was my error....and yes i should of made sure the spark id matched my main...but i was new at the time and didnt quite understand what i was doing. so can neone shed some light on this. preferrably a CL,[GM],SUPPORT,ETC.. thank you.....my spark id is richmo25...thats where my items should be...lol..thx =)
