HEY... Outspark,i have a problem with the game client:( plz help me

I downloaded fiesta from this site, and everything went fine (i think), but when i was in instal shield, something popped upp. it told that access was denied. I havent downloaded anything from another site except the outspark site, and I have tried everything..., but i cant find the answer. Plz help me

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game many times, but it keeps occuring. I got windows vista, do i have to change anything to avoid the pup upp, and if so, how?

Have you reported this issue to a CS representative?
If not you can locate answers or contact a CSR using the "help"
section at the top right corner of your screen. Clicking on it will
take you to another page and a "Contact a CSR" button will be at the top.
