KQ reward box error

I've done 4 KQ's in a row, and every time, the box says "Error 1814" and I get nothing. I'm pretty upset at this, because I've lost out on potential upgrades. Please fix this and get back to me.

try making sure you have at least 4 slots in your inventory empty.

same even made a noise i had a empty bag BUT was sitting the first time then got ported to town and had box again i was happy went to open while standing no debuff got the 1814!!! error

whenever you try to open a box right before getting teleport, you would get the box again after you was teleported. However it would say error if you try to open it again. Just relog and whatever items you "suppose" to get (when you openned it the first time) will be in your inventory, and the box is gone, of course. If you see nothing changes in your inventory after you relog, that means you got an empty box.

try to use search function, that u will find many similar post in forum and had been fix. One of the method is pick yr chest to the other slot. and put something into yr bank althought yr inventory still hv room. Then click the chest again. ull find it can be open. hope it can be solve yr problem
