Well I decided to make this guide to help those having troubles getting that first 100 WSP for the class advance so, let's get started.
1.Equipment to use.
Grab the Level 7 leather armor and level 7 sword, they will be your best friends during this time.
__________________________________________________ _____________________
2.Getting started.
EDIT:after awhile I saw that the rooms are linked between channels, duh. make sure the room has at least 5 people already in it, 1v1 and 2v2 matches don't give you much WSP so you want to go for a 3v3 or better.
Stay viewing and waiting for awhile, watch how the people fight and learn their tactics, if you know how they fight you'll be hitting the ground running.
Go in and join a team, If your just trying to hurry and get the 100 WSP wait a bit then join the team that's winning.
So now that your in a game and you know your opponents tactics, it's time to refine your own.

3.Tactics.
All right, as far as I'm concerned there are 8 types of novices.
1.Dashers-These people will dash all over the place and smack you in the back,a relatively weak tactic.
unless your fighting 1v1.
2.Jumpers-These people jump around swinging their sword, getting hits quite often, a decent tactic.
3.PvP Newbie-These people just started playing and they haven't learned the PvP system yet, they wont get many hits in, a hopeless tactic.
4.ssD spammer-These people will go up to you and press ssD, which will hit you hard, but you can easily dodge this after the first attack, a very weak tactic.
5.Hybrid-These people take everything and throw it in together, they will Dash and jump at you and smack away, they will hit you hard and fast, making them lethal opponents, a very strong tactic.
6. Throwing- Being in the same general square as your opponent when you attack will cause you to throw the person. This allows a free hit! Combine this with jumping and dashing and you've got yourself one heavy tactic.
7.Pro Novice- Well after spending many hours in Novice PvP researching, I have found several people who are just plain good, they will usually start with the Jumper tactic, but then switch tactics after you land a hit on them, they are fast, they hit hard, and they can't be stopped, if you see 2 pros against each other just watch, you will see an epic battle of the novices, an unstoppable tactic.
8.Team Players- This is when you always stick with your team, attacking with the group and dodging when needed, you will get many hits in, and wont be hit by many (unless your in the front) a pretty strong tactic.
__________________________________________________ _______________________
4.End Comments.
Well there you have it, everything you need to know about how to work the Novice PvP system, and come out on top.
Of course people will continue to work on new tactics, and as the system develops so will this guide, I take at least an hour out of my play time to fight as a novice, and study the way people fight, as well as hone my own skills.
Thanks Alagond for reminding me about a tactic I forgot.
Thanks blooleopaco2 for adding a new tactic and filling in a different one.
So if you have any questions or have anything you'd like to add to the guide please post it here so I can make this guide as good as it can be.

I gotta few comments >.<
On part 1: doesn't matter what you use. All equipment is initialized -or supposed to be- to level 45 weapons and armor once you go into novice pvp. This is to prevent an unfair advantage.
Part 3: You missed one!
5. Throwing- Being in the same general square as your opponent when you attack will cause you to throw the person. This allows a free hit! Combine this with jumping and dashing and you've got yourself one heavy tactic.
All in all, decent guide ^-^

...
This isn't a very good Guide in my opinion.
You only have tactics.
iKnow a lot of Tactics.

Thanks for the opinions guys, and to Alagond, having better equipment DOES give you an advantage, when using the level 7 equipment you only take 38 damage from the sword, while the level 1 armor will make you take 46, I also added your tactic to the guide, thank you for helping!

"1.Dashers-These people will dash all over the place and smack you in the back,a relatively weak tactic."
— Its not weak.iAm a Dasher iPut it into effect. "Add that Dashers are usually good in 1v1."...
[some are at 2 v 1.I've never seen a Dasher in 3v1 though.
"4.ssD spammer-These people will go up to you and press ssD, which will hit you hard, but you can easily dodge this after the first attack, a very weak tactic."
This is a weak tactic if not combined with Dasher,Jumper.
Nice guide.I'm a Novice so I'll say 7.8/10
There are more tactics. - Only two more
And iKnow of one "TeamTactic."

Thanks for contributing, I added in your stuff and put you in the thanks section.
I didn't add the info about ssD spam, because these are solo tactics, your info would be the "hybrid" tactic.

VERY GOOD GUIDE. HA im one of those pro-novice people if you were currious. i only get beaten by 2-3 people and i can beat them also. however i must add on. ;)
1. if your going to try jumping dashing or any other tactic it usually helps to not use s unless you have a tough opponent. therefore don't try ssd. for instance if you tried to use ssd on me theres many things i can do.
1.dash away(always work)
2.jump straight up wait for you to finish swinging and come down landing a heavy d(above average)
3.jump over you and hit you in the back(average)
4. swing my own s attack.(not reccomended it will stop them but you both still take damage.
there you go.
btw
people to look out for.
1.Doki(toughest novice player out there. i cannot beat him and i reccomend not trying unless you use the team strategy.
2.Mia-Chan(by far not the hardest but pwns all noobs.
3.D4rkPker(very tough uses good mixture of jump dash tactic.)
4nexonstaff(not very skilled however. DO NOT join his team. all he cares about is stats and if he is about to die or lose he will not hesitate to disconnect leaving you 1 player short.)
that is all for now ;)

Yeah NexonStaff is an absolute jerk, and crys if you beat him and he ALWAYS disconnects which I find hilarious that he wastes his life caring about his rank that he didn't earn, and I've met many people better then Doki (myself being one) but I don't put names in the guide because people could get mad, and also thanks for your help and I already stated that ssD is weak, these are SINGLE tactics, their is a Hybrid tactic after all.

Thanks, but sadly I'm no longer novice PvPing, I will still update the guide if someone submits data, but I've gone to regular pvp, I'm working on my PvP skills with Mage and Warrior.

Resistance?
hey i was playing novice pvp today and im not the best but im all-right. i use the jump/dash tactic however there was a guy today named Resistance on today and the noob is a lvl6 which really in the first place aint that high my old character with same name as my new one was lvl 2 expert in novice. but anyway i say gf at end of fight and he's like you wish. he had no health showing on bar and he gotta lucky hit so i was being nice then he comes back with something like that?? i was pissed.. he also kept cherry picking people and i didnt understand what his problem was till nexonstaff joined the battle and as soon as the guy said hey nexon and nexon said hey bro. i knew that i might as well leave someone that is that C0<ky? i should have guessed he'd be freinds with nexonstaff

Mia-Chan is better than Doki . Just wanted to tell you this .
NexonStaff should have ProLevel 9 .
Why?
I've seen him hit Glad lv.1 like 15 times! ! ! ! ! !
Then I think he hit Expert lv.1 because he reset his skills . . . AGAIN . .
D4rkpker is kool.

jesse you forgot 2 other types of novices:
9. Lagger. These novices usually are walking into walls. They die quickly.
10. AFK person. Dies first, usually. Sometimes may cause members of its team to stop moving and start using the chat system to complain, which results in their death too.

dyan them arent types. they exist everywhere. i've lagged out b4 and i've went afk b4 it's no type of tactic it's just a problem that happens sometimes.

Well about Nexon-Justin-Mia, if u think they are good in pvp, u wrong...
I mean if u call a real PvP: jump-hit u and run and again jump-hit u and run it's ur opinion but for me it's just a noob tactic.
The real PvP for me is when someone use different method for beat the opponent, and use all the skills he/she have.
K now this 3 join only in newbe arena but saint god fight like a real PvP player >_>

In my View :
NexonStaff..
-JUMPER TYPE . TEAMWORK
-more a "Sider" towrds the winning team.
-GREAT at Teaming/Support.TeamWork.
-Not well in 1v1 . . . Against me though
JustinStaff..
-JUMPER TYPE. TEAMWORK + One Vs One + Team Vs Byself.
-Awesome in Teams Vs him ONLY
-Very good working in 1v1 and teamwork.
-Is fair at time.If a team is losing a lot. He'll change sides.
-Best PvPer in my View.
MiaChan..
-JUMPER TYPE. TEAMWORK + One Vs One + Team Vs Byself
-Very nice and helps people.
-Awesome
They're not running. What you're thinking is JUMPER type.
I've seen the tactic.iKnow how to stop[prevent] the JUMPER type taking/winning over easily.
It ain't a noob tactic even if they are a Novice <.<

My tactic as a rogue or assassin is that at the start of the pvp, i hise myself in da shadows...then quickly go at the back of the enemy base and atk them from behind with stun followed up by poison/assassination/anything that will finish the blow....=D
